Katy Tur

 Katherine Bear Tur, born October 26, 1983 in America She is a broadcast journalist and writer who is the correspondent for NBC News. Tur is anchor on MSNBC Reports. The anchor has hosted Katy Tur Reports since 2021. She has also reported on the NBC news platforms Early Today and Today, NBC Nightly News and Meet the Press on WNBC-TV, MSNBC and The Weather Channel.



 



 Early life



 Tur is the daughter of journalist Zoey Tur and Marika Gerrard. She attended Brentwood School (2001) and University of California Santa Barbara (2005), with the Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy. She is Jewish.

  Ruth Roman, born Norma Roman on December 22, 1922 - September 9, 1999, was an American actress on stage, film, and on television.    Roman was able to move to Hollywood after performing a variety of performances on the stage in the East Side. Before she was chosen for the lead part in the western Harmony Trail (1944), as well as the title role in the film serial Jungle Queen (1945), she was cast in a variety of uncredited roles.
